Welcome from
the chair
The Electronic Conferences on Synthetic Organic Chemistry (ECSOC) is a series of conferences that have been held online since 1997. Originally an initiative of MDPI, it was later integrated with the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. ECSOC now stands as the longest-running electronic conference in the world, maintaining its commitment to free participation and registration in the true spirit of open access.

This year, the conference will cover a wide range of topics in synthetic organic chemistry, including, but not limited to the following:
Session 1: General Organic Synthesis;
Session 2: Chemistry of Bioorganics, Medicinal and Natural Products;
Session 3: Design and Application of Organic/Supramolecular Assemblies;
Session 4: Physical Organic Chemistry.

ECSOC-30 offers researchers the opportunity to participate in an international scholarly conference without the concerns or costs of travel. The conference is entirely free—both to attend and for scholars to upload and present their latest work on the conference platform.

We look forward to your participation in ECSOC-30 and to your valuable contributions to another successful edition of this pioneering electronic conference.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Prof. Dr. Julio A. Seijas
Department of Organic Chemistry, University of Santiago de Compostela, Lugo, Spain
